MODEL Z6
Among the advantages of kinetic Asameters for water there are:
- low cost like no other variable area flowmeter
- the scale linearity that grants good measurements even at low flowrates
- an excellent accuracy of measurement, granted by metering certificate according to primary instrumentation
- high efficiency of reading can be obtained thanks to the large diameter of the glass tube and to customized scale, available into two different colours: white (standard) or red.
- easy assembling and maintenance procedure: in the measuring glass tube kit, connected to the body by a gear connection, they are included all main components such as float, secondary orifice, float stops, gaskets and tube, that make it easy replacement
- draining of liquid even with small suspended particles, due to the 3 mm diameter of the secondary orifice
- easy and fast orifice assembling into different positions according to customer needs
- rangeability of reading scale: 10 : 1 linear
Application fields
Water plants. Fire prevention Plants.
These Asameters mod. Z6 have wetted parts made of carbon steel (s.s. AISI 316L on request); the primary and secondary orifice and the float stoppers are made of s.s. AISI 316L, the float is made of s.s. AISI 316L for liquids, aluminium for gases and the metering tube is made of borosilicate glass. They are equipped with a protection housing in plexiglas. On request they are available with min. and max. flow switch Namur inductive type with CENELEC approval and intrinsically safe EEX ia II C T6.
