Technical detailed lists of the sensor tube
Mechanically resistant they are suitable to all applicative requirements of customers; they have flanged connections from DN4 to DN125 PN16 UNI 2223/29 and from DN150 to DN1000 PN10 UNI2223. Upon request they are moreover available flanges PN25 - PN40 - PN64 - ANSI 150 - ANSI 300 and others. For executions integrally in stainless steel AISI 316L wafer connections from 1/2 " to 4 " and DIN405/SMS/Triclover/Triclamp type from 1 " to 4” are provided. The measuring tube guarantees a protection degree IP65. It is however possible to demand degree IP68, for applications in pit or in conditions of immersion. The inner covering of the tube is PTFE from DN4 to DN125 and hard rubber from DN150 to DN1000 (for flanged models). On request DIFLEX (for high temperatures until 160° C) from DN4 to DN125 is also available. The standard electrodes are in stainless steel AISI316L; as options Monel, Hastelloy C, Titanium, Tantalum, and others.
 Technical details of the converter model M-V
Mounted in compact version with the measuring tube mod. IF6-IW6-ID5-IS5-IT6 (on request in remote execution). It is available with feeding 110/220V - (series M) - and 24V - (serieV). The electronic PC board has the following characteristic: n°1 on-off multifunction input (reset totalizers, autozero, block of the measuring and zero setting of the output); output: 0 - 20 mA or 4 – 20 mA active, pulses NPN open-collector (passive) with the maximum frequency 1 KHz , serial port RS485. The feeding can be of two types: from 20 to 55Vdc or from 17 to 45Vac for series V and from 90 to 250 Vac for series M. The display it is alphanumeric type 16 digits backlighted, with visualization of the instant flow and the totalization in engineering units; direct, reverse and differential totalization, self-diagnosis. The bidirectional flow and autozero are programmable from keyboard. The filter damper is programmable from 0,1 to 100 sec. for both series M-V. The degree of protection of the housing is IP65 and the constructive materials standard are epoxy painted cast aluminum or, upon request, AISI 304. As integration of this Asameter they are available accessories as: batch controller, pulse counter, indicators of total/instant flow.
