OVAL GEAR FLOWMETERS

They are machines appreciated for the precision on measurement, the compactness, the reduced dimensions, the easiness of installation and the optimal quality /price ratio. They are equipped with a small magnetic sensor that gives an electrical signal proportional to the speed of the spinning of the rotor (and therefore to the flow); they are good for the measurement of a wide gamma of liquids as warm/cold water and chemical products, acids, alkalis, both viscous and aggressive.

ND SERIES
Technical features
As long-lasting meters, they can be used for many applications, thanks to their small dimensions (male screwed connections), light weight and good measuring performances. The flow range has a minimum from 0,3 l/min to a maximum of 60 l/min, the viscosity of the fluid from 0,5 to 1,5 cp. The output signal is of open collector type (capacity 3÷15 Vdc/6 mA or lower). The feeding is 3÷15 Vcc. The maximum working temperature is + 80° C and the maximum pressure for fluid at T=20°C is 10 bars. The parts in contact with the fluid and the body of the meter are in ETFE, or polypropylene and resins, or noryl and resins (depending on the flowrange), the seals are made of FPM rubber or NBR rubber.

NF SERIES and NQ SERIES
Technical features
They differ from mod. ND since they are equipped with liquid crystal digital LCD indicator which allows instant flow rate reading (mod. NF) as well as totalization (mod. NQ). No need for feeding, as they mount a long-duration lithium battery (5 years). Flow range fields are for min 0,3 l/min up to max 60 l/min. Viscosity limit are 0,5÷1,5 cp. The maximum working temperature is + 80° C and the maximum pressure for fluid at T=20°C is 10 bars. The parts in contact with the fluid and the body of the meter are in ETFE, or polypropylene and acetylic resins, or noryl and acetylic resins (depending on the flowrange), the seals are made of FPM rubber or NBR rubber.

OF SERIES
Technical features
These oval gears flowmeters are especially designed for viscous liquids. Operative viscosity can be in fact from 0,5 to 200 cP. The flow range are from 0,5l/h to maximum 300 l/h. The output signal is a pulse output and feeding is 3-12 Vdc. The maximum working temperature is 70°C and the maximum pressure at T=20°C is 5 bars. The parts in contact with the fluid and the body of the meter are in PPS, and the seals are made of FPM rubber or NBR rubber.
