Technical features
They are Asameters all made of stainless steel AISI316L, particularly suited for medium and high flow rates for every kind of gas (mod. C) and liquid (mod. G), also at high temperature and pressure conditions. They are available with local indicator execution and with electronic microprocessor transmitter – two wire technology – with LCD 8 digits display for instant flow - direct or percentage reading – and total flow, with analogical output 4-20 mA with serial port communication overlapped to Hart (feeding 24 V dc ±10%). They are more over EEx ia IIC T6 for zone 0 and zone 1 Atex certified (on request). They are available as option with s.s. AISI316 regulating needle valve; s.s. AISI 316L differential pressure regulator (BL type); damper (mod. C) for all application where working pressure is very low or when chance of water hammer is very frequent.
Available flow-ranges are: AIR min 0,08 nm³/h / max 1.000 nm³/h (@ T= 20° C, @ P= 1013 mbar a); WATER min 2,5 l/h / max 120.000 l/h.
Available standard connections are: screwed DIN 11851; Gas-F o NPT-F; TRICLOVER; flanged PN16 UNI EN1092-1; ANSI 150..900...1500 RF/RJ; others on request. Max operating temperature for standard version is 150°C and 300°C for high temperature version. Housing protection class is IP67 (IP68 on request). Manufacturing materials are stainless steel AISI316L (others on request) for metering tube, connections and all wetted parts. The external housing is made of die cast aluminium epoxy painted or made of s.s. AISI316 on request. They can have internal lining in PTFE, special flanged executions for onerous conditions and free floats for mediums with solid impurities. They are also available options such as: heating jacket screwed connection ½” NPT-F or flanged; minimum or/and maximum flow alarm (inductive type Namur, certified for classified areas ATEX- CENELEC EEX ia IIC T6 or PNP type); feeder for inductive switches available in safe version too.

ASAMETER MODEL C-G/35/46/47/50 for explosion proof areas

These Asameters made of s.s. AISI316L EEx d IIB or EEx d IIc version are designed for applications in explosion proof areas. They are available with a local indicator only and with electronic microprocessor transmitter – two wire technology – with LCD 8 digits display for instant flow - direct or percentage reading – and total flow, with analogical output 4-20 mA with serial port communication overlapped to Hart (feeding 24 V dc ±10%). They are ATEX certified.

Available flow-ranges are: AIR min 1,6 nl/h / max 5.000 nl/h (@ T= 20° C, @ P= 1013 mbar a); WATER min 0,1 l/h / max 160 l/h. Available standard connections are: screwed ½” Gas o NPT-F (L5-2600 mod.); flanged PN16 EN1092-1 or ANSI; on request screwed 1/4” NPT-F or others. Max operating temperature for standard version is 150°C. Manufacturing materials are stainless steel AISI316L (others on request) for metering tube, connections and all wetted parts. The external housing is made of die cast aluminium epoxy painted with IP65 (IP67 on request) degree protection class. They are also available options such as: 1 or 2 flow alarms (bistable inductive Namur type, certified for classified areas ATEX- CENELEC EEX ia IIC T6) or 1-2 PNP alarms type with relay; feeder for inductive switches available in safe version too; needle valve in AISI 316 s.s. or brass on request.

ASAMETER MODEL L/47/50 for explosion proof areas

Technical features
The operating principle of Asameters L-series is the transmission of the flow indication through magnetic coupling between floating inside the measuring tube flow and the indicator pointer. This system allows the use of AISI 316 L stainless steel pipes measuring tubes that guarantee efficient and safe measurement of process fluids up to 250 °C and 320 bar pressure. In addition to Asameters L with only visual indication of the flow, there are also available Asameters serie L equipped with electronic microprocessor with output 4-20 mA for remote transmission of the signal, which is superimposed HART protocol. Connections can be threaded ½" (or ¼") GAS F / NPT F, or flanged EN 1092-1/ANSI or on specific request of the customer and may be axial or corner oriented. This new type of Asameters serie L fulfils the ATEX requirements necessary for the implementation and installation of flow meters in places considered hazardous or subject to potentially explosive atmospheres. The Asameter is then certified ATEX and marked II2GD Exd IIC as the housing where measuring device is accommodated is classified as explosion-proof type. This new Asameter allows you to meet the most demanding requirements of application sites: hazardous areas, high temperatures, high pressures and very low flow rates. Indeed, another not negligible prerogative, the flow range guaranteed for this type of product start at 0.1 l / h of water to get to 6000 nl / h of air with accuracy levels of 1% of reading at full scale The strengths of the "L" Exd are the compactness of the instrument, the toughness of execution, the possibility to have a remote output signal 4-20 mA and HART communication protocol that is an additional guarantee for operator safety. Once installed the instrument and powered the plant facility, the operator no longer needs to access to the dangerous area and can monitor the functionality of the flowmeter in remote.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE REGULATORES R880 & BL MODEL

Technical features
The differential pressure regulators model R880 for flows up to 3 nm3/h (air equivalent), and model BL for flows up to 20 nm3/h (air equivalent), when coupled with Asameters models L, C and E, keep flow constant in presence of downstream or upstream variable pressure. They are available with threaded ¼" gas-F or NPT f connections (model R880) or threaded ¼" or ½" gas-F or NPT-F (BL model). The differential pressure on regulating valve is 5 mt H2O for R880 and BL or 12 mt H2O for R880 on request. Manufacturing materials are for R880 model: brass (diaphragm in Buna N) or AISI 316 ss (diaphragm made of PTFE and shatter of AISI 316 ss); for BL model they are: carbon steel (with Buna diaphragm) and AISI 316 s.s. (with PTFE or Viton diaphragm).
