Technical features
They are Asameters suited for low, medium and high flow rates for any kind of fluids, even corrosive or acid (model N), with pressure and temperature conditions kept within glass resistance limits.
Main flow-ranges are: AIR min 5 nl/h / max 400.000 nl/h (mod. E) / max 1.000 nm3/h (mod. N) @ T= 20° C and P= 1013 mbar a; WATER min 0,07 l/h / max 13.000 l/h (mod. E) and min 2 l/h / max 43.000 l/h (mod. N). On request they can be made no standard flow-rates. Available standard connections are: threaded Gas-F according to UNI 339 or flanged PN10 UNI EN1092-1; others on request (ANSI, DIN etc…). Manufacturing materials are: carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 316L; P.V.D.F.; P.P. On request Hastelloy C, Monel, Titanium. Seals are in Buna N or Viton or PTFE. According to required executions they are available some options like: metering tube protection housing made of plexiglas or polycarbonate; guided float; minimum or/and maximum flow alarm switch (inductive Namur type, certified for classified areas ATEX- CENELEC EEX ia IIC T6 or Reed Bistable type).

ASAMETER MODEL 1900 / 1901-3 / 1911-16
Technical features
They are instant Asameters for low flows with incorporated needle valve for accurate flow rate regulation. Suited for all applications with little space.
Suitable flow-ranges are: AIR min 5 nl/h / max 2.100 nl/h @ T= 20° C and P= 1013 mbar a; WATER min 0,07 l/h / max 70 l/h. On request they can be made no standard flow-rates. Available standard rear connections are ¼" gas-F or NPT-F; special executions on request. Manufacturing materials are: stainless steel AISI 316L; Noryl (mod. 1900 only); or chromium-plated brass. They are available some options like: metering tube protection housing made of plexiglas (mod. 1901-3); flow alarm switch and differential pressure regulator (mod. 1911-16).Differential pressure regulators model R880 made of s.s. AISI316L, when coupled with models 1900/1903 s.s AISI316L, can keep flow rate constant in presence of variable inlet pressure (mod.1911/1915) or outlet pressure (mod.1912/1916). Asameter connections are rear ¼" gas-F or NPT-F; special executions on request as flanged connections. Typical application are bubbling level measures; fluxing systems; gases chromatography.
